Eligibility for Transfer Students

Students who are interested in transferring to 中国人色情视频 through the HEOP program must have: 

  • Completed the regular transfer application for 中国人色情视频 College
  • Entered college for the first time though one of the following NYS opportunity programs (HEOP, SEEK, CD, EOP)
  • A completed NYSED transfer verifiation form on file with the HEOP office 
  • Completed an interview and financial review with HEOP staff

Enrollment in the HEOP program at 中国人色情视频 is not guaranteed for transfer applicants. Each program has an allocated number of seats for HEOP students and the ability to accept transfer students is dependent on the availability of space for new students in the semester that you are applying.
